Integrated Massage
Integrated Massage is a combination of Deep Tissue techniques, Swedish, chinese cupping and tuina. It can be given for pure relaxation purposes or for specific problems such as rehabilitation from injuries or localised muscle tension. The beauty of Integrated Massage is that it combines many styles of massage and is tailored to give your body precisely what it needs, each and every time. Some conditions that may benefit from Integrated Massage include:
As your individual needs are of utmost importance, before your massage begins, you will be asked if there are areas of your body that are calling for more attention.
You can chose to have either a gentle, relaxing massage or one that is vigorous and stimulating, depending on what suits you at the time. If appropriate, Chinese Cupping or Tui Na techniques may be incorporated into your treatment to shift blockages in particularly stuck areas. These techniques will be explained beforehand.
